I’m ash, a photographer and creative based in Sherborne, Dorset, photographing weddings, events, businesses and brands across the South West.

My approach is simple: keep it real. I love capturing the genuine moments, little details and unspoken bits that make a photograph feel like you.

I’ve never really believed in putting photography into a box. I love a bit of

everything - from intimate wedding moments and chaotic dance floors to capturing the people and stories behind a business.

I’m there to capture all of it as it happens. The big moments, the quiet ones, the ridiculous ones, the people you love and all the little details you spent months putting together.

My wedding photography is relaxed, natural and focused on the real stuff. I’ll give you a little direction when you need it, but mostly, I want you to forget I’m there and just enjoy being with your people.

  • Natural, relaxed and focused on the real moments. I’m not big on overly staged photographs. I want you to feel comfortable, enjoy yourself and forget there’s a camera there

  • Yes! Alongside photography, I can create short-form video and other visual content for businesses, brands and events. If you need a mixture of photography and video, we can build something around what you need.

  • Of course! Depending on what you’re booking, we can meet in person, have a video call or simply have a chat over the phone. Whatever works best for you.

  • It really depends on what you’re booking, but popular dates can fill up quickly, particularly during wedding season. If you have a date in mind, it’s always worth getting in touch, even if it’s still a little way away.

  • Absolutely. I photograph everything from small, intimate ceremonies to bigger celebrations. Your wedding doesn’t need to fit a particular mould.

  • Absolutely not. I'll give you a little direction when needed, especially for group photographs, but most of the day is about capturing things as they happen. I want your photographs to feel like you, not like you've been told exactly where to stand all day.

  • Of course. From flowers and rings to table settings, outfits and all those tiny details you've spent months choosing, I'll make sure they're captured alongside the bigger moments.

  • Yes. I can organise a list of group photographs with you before the wedding so we can get the important ones done without taking you away from your guests for too long.

  • Yes. I offer coverage from just a couple of hours, so you don't have to book a full-day package if that's not what you need.

  • Your full gallery is usually delivered within 1 to 3 weeks. I’ll also send a handful of sneak peeks within the first few days because waiting is hard!

  • I’ll send over my availability and pricing, and we can have a chat about your plans. If you decide I’m the photographer for you, I’ll send over your agreement and booking details to get your date secured. From there, I’ll be on hand throughout the planning process and we’ll make sure everything is sorted before the big day.
